  • Chantal Gray, MSW, RSW

    REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKER & PSYCHOTHERAPIST

Are you facing the challenges of setting boundaries, dealing with work-related or school stress, navigating anxiety, or coping with trauma and grief that impact your daily life? You don't have to face these struggles alone. I'm here to support you at any stage of your life journey.

I bring a holistic and culturally responsive approach to therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of children, youth, adults, and families. My practice is firmly rooted in the belief that everyone possesses inherent strengths that can be harnessed for healing and growth.

With a Master of Social Work degree from Toronto Metropolitan University and as a member of the OCSWSSW, I am equipped with the knowledge and expertise to guide you through your challenges. My therapeutic toolkit includes evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), play therapy, and trauma-informed counseling.

I understand that healing often requires stepping into discomfort, but I assure you that you won't have to do it alone. I provide a supportive, gentle, and client-centered environment where we work together at your own pace. My goal is to help you develop a sense of community, cultivate hope, and promote better self-care, ultimately improving your overall quality of life.

We all aspire to be the healthiest versions of ourselves, and I believe that journey begins with a compassionate listener and guide. I offer counseling services in a safe and confidential space, where we can collaboratively work towards the healthiest version of you.

Your healing journey starts here. Reach out to me for support and let's embark on this path together.
