I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I am fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and English. I have experience working with clients in addressing stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, work related and personal life challenges, relationship challenges, low self-esteem and confidence, trauma and anger. I use different evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, solution focused brief therapy, emotionally focused therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and trauma informed care.
I collaborate with clients and work with them based on their culture, beliefs and values. I use a client-centred, culturally responsive and solution focused approach to therapy, which could help you manage your various life challenges. My goal is to aid you in achieving peace of mind and enhancing your overall quality of life.
